SHIPPING & GUARANTEE

• All orders delivered outside of San Francisco will arrive by 12pm via FedEx Priority Overnight, or 4pm via Standard Overnight - all San Francisco orders will arrive by 4pm via messenger delivery. Unfortunately, FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please supply us with a physical address and a phone number. All FedEx deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday FedEx delivery requests cannot be processed. If a Sunday or Monday date is chosen for delivery, we will automatically change it to a Tuesday Delivery. If you choose Saturday delivery without choosing Saturday Delivery, we will add it for you.

• We can not be responsible for wrong addresses or zip codes, please be sure to carefully check the name, address and zip code of the ship-to address.

• Of course, orders to be delivered further into the future are accepted and encouraged. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact a Tsar Nicoulai Caviar representative at 1.800.95.CAVIAR.

• Because all of our items are perishable, it is important that someone is available to put your package in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. If you are shipping this as a gift or to a second party, please verify with the recipient that the package can be received and properly taken care of on the date that you have specified. If the recipient is not available to receive the package, and the product is damaged as a result, we cannot accept responsibility.

• All packages delivered by FedEx and our local delivery system require a signature for delivery. Packages can not be left without one. If you wish, you can opt to waive the signature in the "shipping instructions" box, in which case we can leave the package without a required signature. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

• Shipping charges for California residents is a flat rate of $23 for Standard Overnight and $27 for Priority Overnight and for all other contiguous US states, $27 for Standard Overnight and $35 for Priority Overnight. Hawaii and Alaska have a flat rate of $45 for Standard Overnight (FedEx does not offer priority or Saturday delivery). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands or anywhere outside the US.

• Saturday FedEx delivery has a flat rate of $45. We do not offer local deliveries on Saturdays, however, you can come down to our Ferry Building Location in San Francisco to purchase caviar retail priced.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please plan accordingly. We do not have control over couriers, the weather or any other conditions. We recommend that you plan to receive your order at least 2 days prior to your event. This will ensure that we can correct any mishaps that may happen along the way.

Please be sure that your address, phone number, contact information, email and your order is correct with your sales representative before the close of your conversation.

Be advised that any additions to your order will be made on a separate sales order and invoice.
