All of our orders are unique, with each individual product packed to order. Our products are inspected before shipping, and insulated with gel ice to insure your order arrives fresh and chilled. Should you, for any reason, be unsatisfied with your order, simply contact our corporate offices for assistance. Once it has been determined that we will accept the return, we ask that you refreeze the gel ice packs so that the caviar is properly chilled while en route to our facility to ensure full credit for your order. We will arrange to have FedEx pick up your order.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, please note that all returns or exchanges must be arranged and confirmed with a Tsar Nicoulai associate within 24 hours of receipt of all packages (or the following business day if package was received on Friday or Saturday). Please also understand that we cannot accept returns of products that are partially or fully consumed. We appreciate your business and value your feedback.
